EGTRRA Repeals Multiple Use TestMultiple use of the alternative limitation test
repealed: The multiple use test, which sometimes applies to 401(k)
plans that run the ADP and ACP nondiscrimination tests, is repealed. The
ADP and ACP tests remain in effect. Revised July 18, 2005
